During a beer festival and apparently drunk or drugged, a young Serbian man climbed the wall into the Belgrade zoo's bear confinement area where he was killed and half-eaten. For more, see here.

Milosevic received drugs, booze in cell
Slobodan Milosevic had regular access to drugs and alcohol smuggled into his prison cell, yet the U.N. war-crimes tribunal failed to take action despite warnings, tribunal officials said Tuesday.
